Green Glass Industries (GGI), was formed in the early nineties to meet the ever-increasing demand from the construction industry for processed glass products to commensurate with building programs. Established in Sharjah, U.A.E in 2011, As market leader in the architectural glass industry in the UAE, GG has many achievements to its credit assisting contractors in the UAE to meet the ever increasing demands in terms of quality; energy saving and aesthetics.
GGI has the capacity to engineer its products to suit specific applications or requirements, this being suitably proven through many outstanding architectural achievements in the Gulf, the Middle East and Internationally
With access to forty other companies in the group, whose expertise covers the breadth of the construction industry, GG truly has an enviable position as an Architectural glass processor to the construction industry
The automatic shuttle storage system and the latest automatic glass cutting by Lisec ensure sufficient glass cutting capacity of up to 6000 m2 per day.
This machine is used to pre-treat the edges of glass for tempering by grinding all four sides. TWM-B series automatically adjusts size thickness. It can be connected directly with horizontal washing machine and feeding glass into tempering furnace. 3200 Sqm per day

With the ability to produce standard and stepped edge units, online automatic argon gas filling, and the capability to produce triple pane insulated glass units providing the ultimate technology to meet the demands for both commercial and residential glass supply.
Green Glass has the ability to supply a range of oversized glass product options including multilayer laminated products. The laminated glass process, utilising PVB and SGP interlayers, from only the highest quality European suppliers, and a specialised vacuum sealed process, is used to produce Green Glass balustrades, shopfronts, and bullet-resistant glass, specialised security glass, and an extensive range of decorative laminated glass products.
Green Glass provides a range of fire security glass and framing options in compliance with all international fire security standards and regulations. Our technical team will design and engineer all framing and glass requirements.
Providing total security solutions, we furnish aesthetically appealing bullet-resistant systems that consist of RP Technik Steel profiles and Pilkington Optilam Glass. With all ballistic ranges available from BR1 to BR8, Green Glass offers a wide range of “glass only” products using only PVB interlayers able to meet ever-increasing safety and security demands without compromising natural light and visibility.
Point-fixed glass requires a combination of high-quality tempering and lamination to ensure distortion-free precision quality. At Green Glass we take care to ensure only the best quality supply.
Maximum size up to 6 metres x 3.3 metres to include a range of product options including digital printing, specialised interlayers, screen printing, and other customised designs.
The Green Glass in-house laboratory examines all products in accordance to international standards including; impact, stress, fragmentation, roller wave, and extreme temperature tests for both laminated and tempered glass. We analyse raw materials when they are received into the store and continuously test raw materials that have a limited shelf life, such as silicone, where we conduct snap, butterfly, and peel tests prior to every production batch. Our qualified engineers assess the quality
The Green Glass tempering process is equipped with the latest iLook technology, an online system to provide precision scanning of each glass panel after it has been tempered. iLook assesses quality consistency, without human error to provide next-level quality assurance. With iLook, we have the capability to measure material distortions, including roller-wave and edge lift as well as anisotropy. Reports are generated for each glass panel to provide quality traceability
Heat soaking is a process that may expose NiS inclusions in tempered glass. The process involves placing the tempered glass inside a chamber and raising the temperature to approximately °550F or °287C to accelerate NiS expansion. This causes glass containing NiS inclusions to break in the heat soak chamber, thus reducing the risk of potential field breakage.
